How to Unlock Insights About Your Health
Elly is your AI health assistant, trained on everything in your Vault. Ask about health records, medications, appointments, or anything else health related - and because Elly has read your actual documents, you get personalized answers, not generic ones. Elly's job is reading and explaining your records, so you walk into every appointment understanding your own story.
Starting a chat with Elly

Open Chats
Tap the Chats tab in the navigation bar, then choose the Elly (AI) tab. You'll see an Elly card for every profile you can access - Your Elly for you, and one for each dependent or family member you help manage.

Start a new chat
Tap New on the card you want. You can also jump in from Home: tap Add and choose Chat with Elly - “Get personalized answers based on your vault.”

Ask in plain language
Type into “Message Elly...” exactly how you'd ask a knowledgeable friend: “What did my last blood test say about cholesterol?” “When was my last tetanus shot?” “What changed after my March appointment?”

Check the sources
Elly's answers cite the documents they came from. Tap any source chip to see the original record, or open the ⋮ menu and choose View All Sources - so you can always verify where an answer comes from.
What to ask Elly
Explain lab results
“What does this A1C value mean, and how has it changed since last year?”
Track medications
“What dose of lisinopril am I on, and when did it change?”
Prepare for visits
“What should I bring up with my cardiologist next week, based on my records?”
Reconstruct history
“List every procedure I've had since 2020, with dates.”
Help a loved one
Ask a dependent's Elly: “When is Mom's next refill due?”
Find a document
“Which file mentions the MRI from last fall?”
Going deeper with Insights
For bigger questions, use Insights (from Home's quick actions). Insights are structured, shareable reports Elly builds from your records: explain a lab report, understand a condition or symptom, create an emergency summary, or prepare for a doctor visit. They're designed to be exported and shared - with family, or with your care team.
