Mediphant Refund Policy
A short guide to refunds for Mediphant subscriptions.

Our Policy
You can cancel a paid Mediphant plan at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges, but it does not automatically refund charges that have already been billed.
Pay As You Go charges are billed in arrears for usage that has already occurred, so they are not refundable except for duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by law.
Unlimited Plan Refunds
Refunds for Unlimited plans may be requested by email. Send your request to hello@mediphant.com with the email address on your account, your receipt or transaction ID, and a brief reason for the request.
We review refund requests as quickly as we can. If approved, refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
Paddle Payments
Paddle is Mediphant's merchant of record and payments provider. Paddle handles checkout, taxes, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks for our paid plans.
Because Paddle reviews most live refund adjustments, an approved request may show as pending before it is finalized.
