Why we named the company Mediphant

We believe that healthcare could benefit from adopting more elephant-like behaviors.

Elephants are known for their memory.

They retain information over decades, recognizing individuals and recalling experiences long after they happen. Healthcare needs that same continuity: understanding that builds over time, not scattered records that reset at every visit.

Elephants are also deeply social animals.

They live in deeply connected family groups, protecting and caring for one another across generations. Healthcare works the same way. It's rarely managed alone - it happens across families, caregivers, and care teams.

That's what Mediphant is built around.
