A Walkthrough of Your Dashboard and Timeline
Tour the two views that turn your uploads into a living picture of your health: the at-a-glance Dashboard and the chronological Timeline.

Every document, photo, and voice note you add to Mediphant feeds two complementary views. The Dashboard answers “what's true about my health right now?” The Timeline answers “what happened, and when?” Together they turn a pile of records into a story you - and the people who care for you - can actually follow.
Starting from Home
Home shows your own profile as well as each profile you manage, which can be accessed by clicking the arrows to the left or right. Each profile is a summary of that person's whole health system: their Care Circle at the top, quick access to Vault and Insights, then live sections - Latest Updates, Dashboard Activity, Upcoming Events, and Health Timeline. You can dive into each section directly from the Home page, or from the More button.
The Dashboard: your health, at a glance
The Dashboard opens with At a Glance, displaying what matters most day to day:
Current Symptoms
What's bothering you right now, so nothing gets forgotten between visits.
Active Conditions
Ongoing diagnoses, in one place instead of scattered across paperwork.
Ongoing Treatments
The care plans and therapies currently in progress.
Below that, the Health Profile grid covers the full picture: Medications, Allergies, Procedures, and more. Tap any tile to see its details - and remember, much of this fills in automatically as Elly reads your uploads.
Two more things worth knowing: the Recent Changes drawer at the top shows what's been added or updated, and the search bar (“Search categories, content...”) finds any category or piece of content instantly.
The Timeline: your health story, in order
The Timeline lays out health events chronologically - every diagnosis, visit, lab, and prescription in the order it actually happened. It's the view that makes a new specialist say “now I understand.”
Timeline categories - filter to exactly the kind of event you're looking for.

Filter by time
Use the time period dropdown to narrow the view: All Time, This Year, Last Year, Last 6 Months, or Last 3 Months.

Filter by category
Pick a category - just lab work, just prescriptions - to trace one thread of your care over the years.

Search
Type into “Search events...” to jump straight to a specific medication, doctor, or diagnosis.

Add events yourself
The timeline builds itself from your uploads, but you can also tap Add New to record something directly - an old surgery, a childhood vaccination, anything Elly hasn't seen a document for.
The fastest way to make both views useful is simply to upload your documents - each one enriches the Dashboard and drops its events onto the Timeline automatically.
