Using a lot of AI? We've got you covered.
The free plan is free forever, and almost everyone stays comfortably within it. It includes a generous monthly allowance of AI credits, and is usually enough to cover the vast majority of families.
However, if you find yourself leaning on Mediphant's AI heavily, we do offer paid add ons for more AI credits. It's completely optional, and it helps support the team building Mediphant.
How to get more AI credits

One predictable price with no usage limits or overages. The best value if you're consistently using many of our AI features. Cancel anytime.

Yes. Mediphant is free for patients and families - your records, your AI companion Elly, your care calendar, secure messaging, and your Vault are all included at no cost, with no credit card and no catch.
For power users who want more AI, and for healthcare professionals, we offer optional paid add-ons. They're entirely optional, and most families never need them.
Only if you use Mediphant's AI features far beyond typical use - for example, generating large numbers of insights, having many long chats with Elly, uploading thousands of pages of documents, or transcribing and analyzing hours of voice notes. For nearly all families, everything stays free.
If you ever need more, you can add extra AI credits with Pay As You Go or Unlimited credits whenever you like. There's no commitment, and nothing changes until you choose.
